I have ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
For an exchange, please place a new order in the store. So you will receive the goods so also the fastest.
After receiving the return we will refund the purchase price according to the payment method. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the refund has been made.
I want to return an item, what do I have to do?

I have received an incorrect item.
Please contact customer service with photos and exact description if possible. Please also check if the model in our item description (Properties > Model) matches the information in your device details.
I have not received an invoice.
You will receive the invoice by email the day after your order. Please check your spam folder. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with order summary (+CHF 2.90 fees) in the following month. The email invoice is not suitable for cash payments at the post office counter. In this case, please use the monthly invoice.
On the email invoice a partial amount is printed, but I would like to pay in the full amount.
For technical reasons, the amount for the partial payment is pre-printed on the email invoice. Of course, you can transfer the full amount using the same invoice details. The email invoice is not suitable for cash payments at the post office counter. In this case, please use the monthly invoice, which will be sent by mail.
I accidentally deleted the email invoice.
Please request a copy of the invoice directly from firstname.lastname@example.org.
