General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Cover-Discount GmbH
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the business relationships between Cover-Discount GmbH , Haldenstrasse 16, 8422 Pfungen and its customers. The offer on this website is aimed exclusively at customers residing in Switzerland.
Customers are natural and legal persons who maintain business relations with Cover -Discount GmbH . The general terms and conditions, the delivery and payment conditions and the data protection provisions can be changed at any time. Please read these provisions carefully every time you visit the website and every time you order goods.
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Any conflicting, supplementary or deviating terms and conditions require the express written confirmation of Cover-Discount in order to be valid. GmbH. Cover-Discount GmbH cannot guarantee that the products listed are available at the time of ordering. Therefore, all information on availability and delivery times is without guarantee and can change at any time and without notice.
3. Prices
The prices of Cover-Discount GmbH prices include, unless otherwise stated, statutory VAT, any advance recycling fees (VRG) and copyright fees for electronic devices. Prices are net and in Swiss francs (CHF).
Unless otherwise stated, any shipping costs will be charged additionally and must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process.
Technical changes, errors and misprints are reserved, in particular Cover-Discount GmbH may change prices at any time and without prior notice. The sales prices do not include any consulting or support services.
4. Conclusion of contract
The offers on this website represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to Cover-Discount GmbH products and/or services. By ordering via this website, including acceptance of these terms and conditions, the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Cover-Discount GmbH will then send an automatic “order confirmation” by email, which confirms that the customer’s offer has been Cover-Discount GmbH has received the order. Orders placed are binding for the customer. Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or cancellation.
The contract is concluded as soon as Cover-Discount GmbH will send an acceptance declaration by email confirming the dispatch of the ordered products or services.
Orders will only be delivered after receipt of full payment (exception: delivery against invoice) and provided the goods are available. If it becomes apparent after conclusion of the contract that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, Cover-Discount GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from a part of the contract. If the customer has already made payment Cover-Discount GmbH , the payment will be refunded to the customer. If no payment has been made, the customer is released from the obligation to pay. In the event of termination of the contract , Cover-Discount GmbH is not obliged to provide any replacement delivery.
5. Payment options and retention of title
The customer has access to the payment options specified during the ordering process.
Cover-Discount GmbH reserves the right to exclude customers from certain payment options or to insist on payment in advance without giving reasons.
If the customer defaults on payment , Cover-Discount GmbH may charge interest on arrears of 5% per year and a reminder fee of a maximum of CHF 20 per reminder.
The products delivered to the customer remain the property of Cover Discount GmbH .
5.1 Purchase on account with installment payment option (PowerPay)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the order invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay within the specified time frame, you will subsequently receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.
When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you accept the terms and conditions of POWERPAY in addition to our terms and conditions. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
As part of this contract, MF Finance AG / PowerPay grants you a consumer loan in accordance with Art. 12 KKG, provided that you make use of the installment payment option and there is no reason for exclusion in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 1 KKG.
6. Delivery, obligation to inspect, notification of defects and return
Deliveries are sent by post or courier service to the address specified by the customer in the order. Invoicing is done by email or post. Upon dispatch, benefit and risk are transferred to the customer, as far as this is legally permissible.
If the delivery cannot be delivered or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Cover-Discount GmbH may terminate the contract after sending a notice of complaint by email to the customer and setting a reasonable deadline and will invoice the costs for the effort.
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately after receipt of the delivery and to report any defects for which Cover-Discount GmbH guarantees to give notice immediately in writing by letter or email to the address kundendienst@cover-discount.ch.
Returns to Cover-Discount.ch are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to Cover-Discount.ch Please send the return address specified in the ( Imprint )
If the examination by Cover-Discount GmbH that the goods do not have any detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Cover-Discount GmbH will charge the customer for the costs, return shipment or possible disposal.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer is granted a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. This period is deemed to have been met if the customer sends the written cancellation by email (kundendienst@cover-discount.ch) or letter (Cover-Discount GmbH; Im Grund 21, 8424 Embrach) within the period to Cover-Discount GmbH . The revocation does not require any justification.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to a reversal of the contract. The customer must return the goods within 14 calendar days in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and together with the delivery note to Cover-Discount GmbH return address specified in the ( Imprint ) Returns to Cover-Discount GmbH are carried out at the expense and risk of the customer. Any payment already made will be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days, provided Cover-Discount GmbH has already received the goods back or the customer can provide proof of shipment.
Cover-Discount GmbH reserves the right to demand appropriate compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling and to deduct the loss in value from the purchase price already paid or to invoice the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Unsealed products: Goods from which the protective film has been removed, especially bulletproof glasses and protective films, cannot be returned.
8. Warranty
Cover-Discount GmbH endeavours to deliver goods of impeccable quality. In the case of defects reported in a timely manner, Cover-Discount GmbH guarantees the defect-free and functional condition of the item purchased by the customer during the statutory warranty period of usually two years from the delivery date. It is at the discretion of Cover-Discount GmbH undertakes to fulfill the warranty by means of free repair, equivalent replacement or by refunding the purchase price. Further claims are excluded.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, the consequences of improper handling or damage by the customer or third parties, or defects that are due to external circumstances. The warranty also does not cover consumables and wearing parts (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, etc.).
Cover-Discount GmbH is unable to provide any assurances or guarantees for the timeliness, completeness and correctness of the data or for the constant or uninterrupted availability of the website, its functionalities, integrated hyperlinks and other content. In particular, it is neither assured nor guaranteed that the use of the website will not infringe the rights of third parties who are not owned by Cover-Discount GmbH .
9. Liability
Cover-Discount GmbH excludes any liability, regardless of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against Cover-Discount GmbH and any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents. In particular, Cover-Discount GmbH is not liable for indirect damages and consequential damages, lost profits or other personal injuries, property damage or purely financial losses suffered by the customer. Further mandatory legal liability, for example for gross negligence or unlawful intent, remains reserved.
Cover-Discount GmbH uses hyperlinks solely to simplify the customer’s access to other web offerings. Cover-Discount GmbH cannot know the content of these web offers in detail, nor can it assume liability or other responsibility for the content of these websites.
10. Data protection
Cover-Discount GmbH may process and use the data recorded during the conclusion of the contract to fulfill the obligations arising from the purchase contract. The data necessary to fulfill the service may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (logistics partners) or other third parties.

11. Further provisions
Cover-Discount GmbH expressly reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time and to put them into effect without notice.
