I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
If you want to exchange an item, please re-order it in the shop. This is the quickest way to receive the item.
After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price according to the payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been made.
I want to return an item, what do I have to do?
You can return the goods within 14 days. Return
After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price according to the payment method or credit the amount to the invoice. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund/credit has been made.
I haven't received my order yet, why?
Check the delivery time for the item you ordered. Items that are not in stock have a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, contact customer service.
I received an incorrect item.
Please contact customer service with photos and a detailed description if possible. Please also check whether the model in our item description (Properties > Model) matches the information in your device details.
I have not received an invoice.
You will receive the invoice by email from POWERPAY on the day you place your order. Please check your spam folder. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month (+CHF 2.90 fee). The email invoice is not suitable for cash payments at the post office counter. In this case, please use the monthly invoice.
I accidentally deleted the email invoice.
Please request a copy of the invoice directly from info@powerpay.ch.
I received a reminder from PowerPay.
For data protection reasons, we do not have access to your PowerPay account.
